Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email & name — for your account and waitlist.
• Channel URL — optional, for context.
• OAuth tokens — to swap thumbnails via the YouTube API. We never store your YouTube password.
• Test results — CTR data from your thumbnail tests.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not use cookies for tracking (privacy-friendly analytics only).
• We do not train AI models on your private data.

Data residency & compliance

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and applicable US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@videotalk.me.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles tax collection and remittance. We do not store your credit card information.
