1. Overview
VideoTalk ("we", "us") provides a tool for A/B testing YouTube thumbnails via the official YouTube Data API. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
You connect your YouTube channel via OAuth. We never see or store your YouTube password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use VideoTalk only on channels you own or manage.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.
- Do not use VideoTalk to mislead viewers or violate YouTube's Community Guidelines.
4. Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you're unhappy within 14 days of a monthly subscription, contact us for a full refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
VideoTalk is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost views, revenue, or channel performance changes. Thumbnail testing outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
